Hello!

 

My name is Cat, I am a Certified Widow Coach; a Certified Higher Guidance Life Coach(HGLC); an Accountant and Abundance Coach, a Healer, and a dōTERRA® Essential Oils Wellness Advocate. I am also Aromatouch® Technique Certified which involves an essential oil application along the spine focusing on Stress Management, Immune System Support, Healthy Inflammatory Response and restoring (ANS) Autonomic Nervous System Imbalance.

 

Back in 2009 I was someone who was under a lot of stress and having a hard time handling everything. I had begun helping with the care of my ailing parents, while working FT, traveling and keeping up with the household and taking care of my family -- and then the unthinkable, my husband got diagnosed with a terminal illness, and in 2012 he lost his battle. My doctor became very concerned because of all the stress I was under and recommended some medication for me to take. I took it home but it wasn't something I wanted to take so I didn't take it. Instead a friend of mine introduced me to dōTERRA essential oils and after a few months I noticed I felt calm and centered even though my life was still difficult. It has been several years since then and I still feel calm. Knowing first hand the power behind these essential oils, and with the other tools I have added to my tool box, I have decided to dedicate my life to helping others navigate this journey we call life with as much grace and ease as possible. We can't always change or control what happens to us, but we can change how we think about it. How we think about our relationships, our health, and our money is part of that secret sauce others talk about. I am here reach out.
